How do we store your data?
Our Association securely stores your data through the Wix platform as well as in an Association database, only accessed by the Board of Directors and Technical Team, complying with strict security protocols regarding access.
The Association will keep your personal data for the duration of your membership, until you request otherwise. In the case of other users (non-Members), the Association will keep it for a period of six months. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data from our database and associated platforms where it was collected (Wix).
Marketing
Our Association would like to send you information about our products and services that we think will be of interest to you, as well as those of our partner organizations (National Agency, European Solidarity Corps - ESC or other partners of the Association).
If you have agreed to receive marketing pieces, you can always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop the Rota Jovem Association from contacting you for marketing / commercial purposes or from providing your data to other members / partner entities.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing / commercial purposes, an email with a request to opt out and stop contact should be sent to comunicacao@rotajovem.com.
