Rights
- Recognition and respect of the rights defined in the statutes and rules of the association
- To execute a voluntary action in accordance with your caabilities, aptitudes and interests
- For the respect of the commitment between you and Rota
- For you to be given a specific, and well defined task
- Recognition for the work that you do
- To receive guidance in the execution of your tasks
- To be informed about the goals, duration and place of the activities you are helping out with
- To perform regular evaluations of your role
- To participate in the decisions concerning your area of work
Duties
- To act in accordance with the founding principles of Rota Jovem and to help in spreading them
- To respect the rules relating to the use of the Rota Jovem logo, and its' name, and prevent the abuse of either
- To work towards offering the highest standards possible
- To fulfill the activities without any discrimination with regard to race, sex, political opinions or religious beliefsTo respect any individual and promote mutual understanding
- To work as part of a team
- To adapt yourself to the activities and functions that are given to you to perform
- To present the activities and projects to the management of the assocation, and to submit to to the same body any resulting assessments both during and after the activities.
- In the case of any doubt about Rota Jovem's position, to ask for advice, before acting, from the management team of the association.
- To be able to pass on any information received or knowledge acquired, and to evaluate the work that was carried out.
- To participate actively in the association.
